The company was originally founded by Juan Soto in 1994 under the name PC Experts Inc. The name was changed to IT Impact Inc. in 2006 to reflect our focus on software and web solutions across the US.

Mr. Soto has been at the fore front of technology solutions for companies through out the US. His expertise in delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations has earned him wide recognition among his peers and in the industry.  In 2006 he was the recipient of the first “Premio Empresarial La Raza” in 2006. The award recognizes Hispanic business leaders and their success in business.

His project management work has covered a wide range of technology solutions: Pocket PC systems for the oil industry, database claim processing systems for the insurance industry, and custom quoting systems for a wide range of customers. As President of IT Impact Mr. Soto has been instrumental in leading the Hispanic business community in under served communities such as the Humboldt Park area and serves as a Division street Ambassador. As the treasurer of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, he has overseen increased funding and an improved community agenda for 2007.
